Payment and security

The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched. Until then, the money is only reserved in your account. 

Right of withdrawal

The 3 most important points for you as a customer in the new consumer law of 13 June 2014

1. Return shipment v. right of withdrawal

  • Previously, the web store was responsible for shipping a return item when the customer regretted their purchase.
  • According to New law: Is the customer responsible if; the package breaks, disappears or otherwise, and is thus responsible for the item until it is in our hands.

2. Right of withdrawal 1

  • Previously, your right of withdrawal ended if you used your item.
  • According to New law: as a customer, you still have a 14-day right of withdrawal, even if the item has been used. However, we reserve the right to deduct a return amount corresponding to the deterioration of the product after use. See also section on right of withdrawal.

3. Right of withdrawal 2

  • Previously, you could use your right of cancellation by not collecting your goods at the post office or simply sending the goods back.
  • According to New law: as a customer, you must contact us before returning and inform us of your regret before sending the item back.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

Within the first 14 days after receiving an item, or taking physical possession of the last item in the case of an agreement for several different items ordered in one order and delivered individually, you can cancel the purchase.

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given via this cancellation form.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return shipment of the goods. You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

You cannot undo it by simply refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us of this at the same time.

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Delivery of goods which have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.

If you regret your purchase, you will get the amount you paid us back. In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs as a result of your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay.

The payment for the item will be returned by EL-Grossisten via bank transfer within 7 working days from when we have received the item. It is therefore important to impose reg. and account number on the attached returns form.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

The above only applies to fault-free goods that have not been fitted and which are returned in original packaging.

Attach a completed  return form , where it is stated that you wish to make use of the right of return.

Remember to enclose a copy of the invoice, as well as a completed return form.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

There is no right of return for B2B sales. 

Complaints and warranty

The Purchase Act's defect rules may apply to goods purchases.

A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the legislation in force at any given time, on all products, the guarantee covers manufacturing defects and defects. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damage-causing behaviour.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the lack of the item. If you make a complaint within one month of receipt, the complaint will always be timely.

In case of visible transport damage, refuse to accept the package. If the package has been received, they must contact the transport company themselves.

Goods with faults and defects must be returned with the attached  return form , stating the fault and other relevant information. Also attached is the original receipt. When the item has been returned and is found to be defective or defective, we exchange and send a new item at no cost to the customer. personal Information

We work for the greatest possible data security and safety when processing personal information from our visitors and customers. When you place an order, we need information about your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, possibly delivery address as well as credit card/dankort information.

We only use this information to process the order and contact you in cases where questions arise regarding the order. The above information is not encrypted when it is sent or received. Only the information that is absolutely necessary is passed on to third parties in order to complete the order, e.g. PBS and the supplier. Under no circumstances will we make personal information of any kind available to any external partners except as stated above.

You can get full insight into your information registered with us at any time. The registered information is stored for 5 years, in that the Bookkeeping Act requires the storage of accounting material for 5 years.

It is not possible to access the contract (order confirmation) afterwards via our website. If you wish to be sent a new copy of the contract (order confirmation) per e-mail, then send an e-mail to  salg@EL-Grossisten.dk

All contracts (order confirmations), sales and delivery conditions are in Danish. All prices are incl. VAT and other charges. The prices are daily prices.

If an extraordinary situation arises that is beyond EL-Grossisten's control and which according to the Sales Act must be considered as force majeure,  EL-Grossisten's obligations will be suspended for the period of time that the extraordinary situation lasts.

When personal data is collected via our website, we ensure that it always happens by giving your express consent, so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.

The director and the employees of EL-Grossisten ApS have access to the information registered about you. The data controller at EL-Grossisten.dk is EL-Grossisten ApS.

We do not store customer information encrypted. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Information submitted to EL-Grossisten.dk is in no way passed on or sold on to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.

As registered with EL-Grossisten ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to access what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be addressed to EL-Grossisten ApS via e-mail  salg@EL-Grossisten.dk

We pass on your e-mail to Trustpilot, which exclusively uses this e-mail to contact you with a reference number for possible notification of our webshop.

Access to complaints
